This weekend we packed way too much stuff in but it was fun.
Friday we had dinner with The Herndon's and The Ethridge's. Thanks for having us Brian and Leah. Great meal and always wonderful to catch up.
Saturday morning we volunteered for the King of the Hill Triathlon @ Tombigbee State Park. We had a lot of fun and I always enjoy watching these athletes. They are so fit! Maybe I will be there again one day.

Following the Triathlon Chad, Glenda and I went to Birmingham for Chad's bike fitting and some shopping. It is so cool how they fitted Chad and told him exactly which bike frame he needed to order. The bike shop I bought my bike from was not that high tech. When we go back in 4 - 6 weeks to pick it up I am going to get fitted again so we can make any adjustments on mine that are needed.
We did some shopping at the Summit where I got a makeover. It was so much fun! And my makeup artist was a hoot. He was more feminine than me :)
We stuffed ourselves at P.F. Chang and headed back to Tupelo.
On Sunday Chad and I did an easy 18 miles on the bike with Erik and Karmin. One of these days I will take some pictures. Then we hurried home to get ready for Church.
After Church Mom and I went to a shower for Jenni. She got some great wedding gifts. Again no pictures.
Now it is Monday and back to the GRIND. I hope everyone has a great week! I know ours will be a busy one.
