Friday Night we had a steak dinner at my parents to celebrate Mother's Day and Miller's Graduation from Ole Miss Grad School. That is right, Miller has an MBA from Ole Miss and will start Hospital Administration School in the Fall at UAB in Birmingham. We are so happy! On top of that he is a first time home owner. Can't wait to see it.
Saturday Chad had to work in Ecru and I worked at the Farmer's Market. It was lots of fun. Will Reed is a new farmer and is growing organic goods. Check him out on Saturdays @ The Tupelo Farmers Market along with all of the other great farmers. His farm is called Native Son.
After Farmers Market I helped out at Swirlz. I had so much fun wrapping gifts and talking with customers. Thanks Kim and Shelly! Call me anytime :)
Later in the day I met up with Chad and Brian. Nice to catch up. I am sure they would have preferred to hang without me. That night was low key.
Sunday we went to early church and worked around the house. Chad had a gig @ Gum Tree. They played to a small crowd of family and friends. It was fun and the guys sounded great. Next time they play at Romies please join us!
Sunday night we grilled burgers for Glenda, Kim, Greg, Mike and Meg. It was great to catch up with The West Family.
In addition to the great weekend, two wonderful things happened on Sunday.
1. I baked my very favorite cake for Glenda (Whipping Cream Pound Cake) and it was the best I have ever made.

2. Pete gave me a pair of beautiful Kimmy earrings.

Hope everyone has a great week!
