Last weekend we had some friends from church over to watch The State Game. We had a blast even though the Dawgs lost. Then Sunday we went to Memphis for the day. Ironwood Bluff played @ The Delta Fair and they rocked it! After they played Chad and I hit up Outdoors Inc for some bike gear and ended the day with dinner before driving back to Tupelo.
This past week was busy with Destination Downtown so Debbie gave us Friday off. It was so nice to go back to SPIN Class then run errands that never seem to get done.
On Saturday Chad and I rode 42 miles as part of our preparation for the MS 150 in October. Then one of my dear sorority sisters Sarah T. Hamby came over to watch the game. It was so great to catch up while she was in town. On Saturday Night Ironwood Bluff played at Woody's.
Today Kilgore's Photography took our family photos @ Elvis Presley Lake. It was so much fun! I can't wait to see how they turn out. Maybe we will have a cute Christmas Card this year since we didn't send one last year. After our session we changed and walked some of the trails with Pete. It was so peaceful. I can't wait to go back.
The rest of the afternoon flew by... While I washed my car my sweet husband upgraded my bike. Now I have new wheels, handlebars, shifters, durailers, and a chain. I took it for a spin around the neighborhood but I can't wait for another long ride...
The best part.... We will be here next weekend too!!!
