Pete’s First Vacation!

As expected Pete had a blast. Memorial Day Weekend Chad and I took Pete to Pickwick. Our trip to the Cabin took longer than normal since we were on boat duty. Either way Pete did great in the car. He is known to drool when nervous. Once we arrived Pete did some exploring but stuck pretty close.

He took his first Swim in his Life Jacket Friday. Yes he wears a life jacket. It has a great handle to pull him out of the water. Without it we would have been in trouble.
On Saturday we took Pete out on the boat with some of our friends. Pete liked the water so much he didn’t want to stay in the boat.

We took Pete back to the Cabin mid afternoon. The rest of the weekend he went swimming and played with Grady.
