Here is the progress picture I took at lunch:
They finished taking out the brick steps and started working on the porch braces.
Here is what it looked like at the end of the day:
When we returned from our walk/run this morning they were already working. They said they will be finishing the braces, laying the porch floor, and starting on the railing. Stayed tuned for more......
