Below is a finished picture of the porch. We still need to hang the swing and add some decor!
We are so excited it is complete! Now we have to wait on the treated lumber to dry out before we can paint it. Our goal was to make the porch look original and I have to say the guys did an awesome job. At times I was very nervous……. They were working off of a sketch, not plans.
I guess the next project on our plate is landscape. I don’t mind doing the work, I just don’t know where to start. So if you have any ideas or suggestions please share!
We plan to celebrate the completion of our porch with a porch party when the weather cools down. We hope you can join us.
