Green

I love the way that yards look after a nice rain storm. On my way to work this morning I noticed that all the yards were so green and lush looking. It even helped the appearance of my yard. We have so many trees in the front that grass is not in our vocabulary. However the back yard has grass. Last year I was a first time Gardener. I was even interviewed for an article in the paper. This week they did a follow up story. It gave me the motivation to work in my garden and prep for planting. If you saw my last post you know the City took down 1 of our big oak trees. Since the tree was taken down I have so much more sun that I hope Chad will build a second raised bed for the back this weekend. Aside from the pollen I think that Spring is my favorite time of year.
