New Orleans Breakfast

One of my favorite things to do in New Orleans is have Beignet's @ Cafe Du Monde.  They are heavenly.  Since I didn't get to go to New Orleans last weekend for the Ole Miss vs. Tulane Game my sweet mom brought back Beignet Mix.

Well this morning I made Beignet's for us and they were pretty dang good if I say so myself.  The crazier part is we had breakfast before 8 am on a Saturday.  If you know me, you know I am really having trouble sleeping if I am up that early on my day off...

Looks like Beignet Mix @ Home is the only way I will be enjoying Beignet's until the Spring!
